Indy Craft Brew Visiting Elm Street Brewing Muncie Indiana
We Finally made the trip to Muncie to visit Elm Street Brewing!
I was legitimately impressed!
Cool old brick building with chandeliers & Edison bulbs providing the lighting inside. Lots of bare brick & wood gave it a nice warm atmosphere.
First beer up was El Dorado and the Idaho Seven, which you guessed it, brewed with El Dorado & Idaho 7 Hops. Nice juicy easy drinking NE style IPA.
Next I just had to have the Red Circle sour collaboration with Central State Brewing brewed with Ketchup. I liked it!
Last, and absolutely my favorite was Bramblin’ Fever, a saison brewed with graham crackers & brown sugar and a ton of Blackberries, Raspberries & Boysonberries! Basically a pie saison and absolutely delicious!
Then I fought myself over trying to decide between a pizza or sandwich.
I settled on the Smoked Elk Sausage Sandwich. House made elk sausage, cranberry chutney, gorgonzola mousse, grilled onions, on a soft French roll! Pretty damn good!
I’ll be making a return trip soon!
